BRITNEY!!!

I went to the Britney Spear's concert this Saturday, and was very excited!!! My mom bought my friend and I nsoebleed seats this past May for the concert. However, once we got to the collesium we found out that our seats had been relocated....to STAGE SIDE!!!!! YES I was only seperated from Britney Spears by a spall fence and a very large body guard. I will post pics soon, but in this post I attatcched a you tube video of her here in Greensboro singing a cover for Alanis Morissette's You Ought to Know. I was told that this was the first time she sang live the whole tour....check it out!!! I loved it! Sunday Brunch

Every Sunday my mom comes to Greensboro and we have brunch at the O.Henry Hotel. This Sunday was beautiful so we decided to sit outside on the terrace. While there I decided to try peppermint tea because I have heard so many great things about it, and I must say it was pretty good!! To eat I had a bacon, carmalized onion, and cheese Frittata served with hashbrowns on top along with some romesco sauce.

After Brunch I got a pedicure with my mom then met up with my friend Amanda. Amanda and I did a little shopping at Anthropologie (FYI they are having a killer sale both online and in stores right now.) We hit up Ulta as well...I think I am like obbsessed with OPI nail polish! Greatest Trench EVER!!

SO, I have been longing for a trenchcoat for over a year now. I finally found and purchased the perfect one for me! I discovered it at Anthropologie and it fits perfectly. I normally have trouble finding coats because I am pretty short, so they always hang too low. But this one is wonderful! I also LOVEEEEE the ruffle details, it gives your basic trench a little twist. What do you think about it???

First Lady Sports a New "Do"

Last night the First Lady was at the Time 100 gala in NYC. She showed up with a totally, new look. Michelle Obama wore a black dress with stands of long beads, and a severe side part. In my opinon she looked VERY modern, but still maintained her simplistic classiness. The people at Shine by Yahoo thought that the First Lady looked like she may have got her inspiration from Rihanna. I could see how Shine thought that, but I think she was just trying out a more up to date look. What do you think?

Fashion Obssessed?

Ok, so it is one of my best friends' birthday tomorrow. She invited me and a bunch of our friends to go to dinner at Firebird's tomorrow night. As soon as I told her I would love to go my immediate thought was "hmmm what will I wear?" I asked some of my friends what they were wearing just so I could see how dressy everyone was going to be and they told me they had not even thought about it. This starteling news left me in awe. Do other people really not plan out what they are going to wear, I know I do as soon as I learn I am going somewhere. Is this normal or is fashion REALLY REALLY all I live, sleep, dream, and think? All I know is I love clothes and style and cannot believe some people do not care about it at all. Do you guys find yourself in the same situation? any ideas what to wear, I think it's going to be pretty casual?
